Answer the following questions to take stock of where you’re at in your career and with your ambitious goals. Be honest with yourself. Record the answers in your ambition journal.

How satisfied are you with your career, your earnings, the level of challenge, and your future opportunities to grow and stretch yourself?
What are your short-term, intermediate, and long-term professional goals? List at least five goals.

How do you maintain your edge? What works to keep your ambitious dreams fired up? List five ways. In what ways have I gone soft? List those.
